Account information: your name, email address, and company, collected at signup or checkout.

Onboarding information: your target audience, goals, platforms, and profile links, which you provide so we can run your outreach.

Outreach and CRM data: prospects added to your pipeline, outreach numbers logged by your VA, and messages sent on your behalf.

Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We use your information to run the service, which means assigning and instructing your VA, executing your outreach plan, building your CRM dashboard, billing your subscription, and emailing you about your account. Referral emails are sent only to people who enter their email on our referral page.

Your assigned VA sees the profile and targeting information needed to work your account, nothing more. Our team sees your data to operate and support the service. We use Stripe for payments and standard hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Your CRM data is isolated to your agency workspace. Other customers cannot see it, and we do not use your prospect data for any other customer's benefit.

We keep your data while your subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounting, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. If you ask us to delete your data, we will, except where the law requires us to keep records (such as transaction history).

Data is stored on secured infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, but we take isolation between customer workspaces seriously and test it.

You can ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@sixthmansystems.pro. If you are in the EU or California, this includes the rights under GDPR and CCPA, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.
