Refund & Cancellation Policy

Plans are month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime by emailing us at info@sixthmansystems.pro (or by cancelling through your billing email). Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your VA keeps working until then.

Cancelling the Recruiting CRM add-on works the same way. It is removed at the end of the current billing period, and you can export your pipeline data before then.

Monthly charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the work (VA scheduling, audience research, and daily outreach) is performed continuously through the period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months.

If we fail to deliver: if we perform no outreach work on your account for 14 or more consecutive days during a paid month, contact us within 30 days and we will refund that month or credit it to your next one, your choice.

First month, not what you expected: if in your first month you conclude the service is not for you, email us within 7 days of onboarding completing and we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a refund of the first month.

Referral rewards are recorded when a referred customer completes their first payment. If that customer later receives a refund or their payment is reversed, the reward is cancelled or clawed back if already paid. Referral rewards are not refundable to us once paid out for a customer who remains active.

If a charge looks wrong, email us first. We resolve billing disputes directly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can result in the account and CRM access being suspended while it is resolved, which is slower for everyone than an email.
