Terms of Service

Sixth Man Systems provides done for you social recruiting outreach: trained virtual assistants ("VAs") send connection requests and messages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok on your behalf, following the audience and goals you define during onboarding. The optional Recruiting CRM add-on gives you a dashboard for tracking your pipeline, daily outreach numbers, and team.

You choose your plan, platforms, and target audience. We execute. You own every conversation. Replies arrive in your inbox, and you conduct all calls and follow-ups.

Plans are month-to-month subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime by emailing us at info@sixthmansystems.pro. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues to the end of the billing period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and service credits.

When a new customer subscribes through your referral link or code and completes their first payment, you earn a $50 referral reward. Rewards are recorded as pending when earned and paid out after verification on our regular payout cycle.

Self-referrals are not eligible. A referral is only earned once per new customer, and only for customers who were not already in contact with us. We may decline or reverse rewards for cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent signups.

Customers with 15 or more verified referrals may apply to our Legacy Partner program. Accepted partners earn a 2.5% royalty on the subscription payments of the customers they referred, for as long as those customers remain active. Royalties are applied against your own plan cost first; any surplus is paid out quarterly.

Participation is by application and our acceptance. We may change or close the program to new participants; terms in effect when you were accepted continue to apply to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for your own LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok accounts, and for your compliance with those platforms' terms of use. Do not use the service to send harassing, misleading, or unlawful messages, or to target people who have asked not to be contacted.

We may pause or end the service if your account is restricted by a platform, or if your targeting or content exposes you or us to legal risk.

We commit to performing the outreach described in your plan and reporting it honestly. We do not guarantee connection acceptance rates, reply rates, recruits, or revenue. Results depend on your profile, market, and follow-up, things we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sixth Man Systems's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or platform account restrictions not caused by our breach.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
