Does the VA talk to my recruits for me?
No. They do the part that takes hours and no expertise, which is finding the right people and getting the first message out in your voice. When someone replies, you take over. You know your business. A script doesn't.
Who is actually doing the work?
A trained virtual assistant, vetted for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok outreach, working a small set of client accounts and clocking in and out on shifts we monitor.
Do I have to give you my login?
Yes. Your VA works inside your own account. You send your login privately to your VA, access is limited to the VA assigned to you, and you change your password if you ever leave.
Will my account get restricted?
Any outreach carries some risk. We keep it small with conservative volumes matched to your plan, human paced activity, and a gradual warm up for quiet accounts.
Do you guarantee recruits?
No. We guarantee the work. That means a trained VA on real shifts, outreach within your plan's daily maximums, honest reporting, and a real human doing it. Those maximums are not guarantees, and anyone promising recruits is lying to you.
